Team coordinator

Our team coordinator is you first point of contact and manages your race program to ensure you can come to the start of a race without stress or concerns. He is responsible for:

• Overall team management and coordination
• Registration and follow-up of racing events
  • Submission of your entry form
  • Administration for securing your entry to the race (homologation & technical check)
  • Service location planning
  • Development of schedules before and during the race
  • Development of the travel schedule for the team
  • Development of the travel schedule for the service truck
  • Hotel booking and car hire for the team if required
  • Tire order and ordering of any other spare parts & consumables
  • Development and communication to all team members of the service book with all information and schedules
• Providing support during pre-rally recce
• Providing any administrative support during racing events
• Public relations
  • press relations
  • development of press releases
  • provision of information to guests and visitors
• Writing an article and updating & maintenance of your team web site
• Coordination and project management of tailor-made events you might want to organize together with us (VIP events, test days…)

Hostess

Our hostess is present in our service area during racing events and is responsible for:

• Controlling access to the service area
• Welcoming any invited guests or visitors to the service area
• Refreshments and catering for the pilots and service team

Technical Team

Our qualified and experienced mechanics play a crucial role in the success of your race. They are responsible for:

• Preparing your rally car
• Keeping it fit throughout the race
• Managing the spare parts stock
• Providing advice on potential improvements
• Transporting your car from and to events
• Servicing and/or rebuilding your car in between events
• Storing your car in between events
• Cleaning your car after each event
